Comfort Keepers is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant/Scheduler to add to our award-winning in-home care company in Cape Girardeau, MO. We are known for providing clients with personalized, interactive care, even on short notice.
As a full-time Administrative Assistant/Scheduler, you are responsible for assisting with the planning and coordinating of schedules of our qualified Comfort Keepers caregivers based on all new and current client needs. Assist with general office duties, such as answering phones, greeting guests, & more. The focus is to be proactive and optimize workforce productivity and minimize downtime by managing schedules.
