You’ll be joining a lease-up property, meaning you’ll play a hands-on role in building occupancy, creating great customer experiences, and helping establish a strong presence in the community. Your ideas, energy, and effort will directly impact the success of the site.

You will:
As an Assistant Property Manager, you’ll be at the heart of daily operations and customer engagement:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service—greet customers, tour units, and close rentals
  • Handle inbound calls, follow up on leads, and support leasing efforts
  • Conduct daily property walk-throughs, lock checks, and visual inspections
  • Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming facility inside and out
  • Perform light maintenance (sweeping, painting, minor repairs)
  • Manage rental agreements, customer accounts, and payment processing
  • Assist nearby locations as needed
  • Work weekends on a rotating schedule

You have:
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter comfortable managing responsibilities independently
  • Ability to perform basic maintenance and cleaning tasks
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
  • Basic computer skills (email, Windows programs)
