Business Continuity Analyst
We are seeking a Business Continuity Analyst to enhance our organization's resilience by safeguarding operations and navigating disruptions.
Your Role
Maintaining the Business Continuity Management System
Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., BCI®, ISO® 22301)
Supporting training, awareness campaigns, and continuous improvement initiatives
Conducting risk assessments and implement continuity across locations (up to 20% travel required)

You're the right fit if:
Minimum 2 years of experience with Bachelor's in areas such as Risk Analysis and Assessment, Financial Modeling and Analytics, Insurance, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) or equivalent OR no prior experience required with Master's Degree.
Understanding business continuity and disaster recovery principles and experience with BCI® and ISO® compliance, Incident Management, and knowledge of business continuity frameworks.
You have strong analytical, problem solving, organizational skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency with business continuity software such as Everbridge, Fusion Framework System, RSA Archer, or similar platforms is highly desirable
Currently hold an industry BC Certification (e.g., CBCP, MBCP, CBCI, MBCI or equivalent)

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA is $115,080 to $184,128.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future. Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Cambridge, Massachusetts.
