We are looking for a reliable **cold caller / appointment setter** to contact home care agencies in the United States and schedule discovery calls with our consulting team.

This role focuses on **starting conversations and booking meetings**, not hard selling.

You will be calling agency owners or administrators and briefly introducing our services before scheduling a short discovery call when there is interest.

## Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to home care agencies in the U.S.

• Follow a simple call script

• Speak with agency owners or administrators

• Ask qualifying questions

• Book discovery calls on our calendar

• Record notes from conversations

## Requirements

• Clear English with professional phone presence

• Experience with cold calling or appointment setting

• Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls

• Reliable internet and headset

• Ability to work during U.S. business hours

## Work Schedule

Part-time

Approximately **3–4 hours per day**

Expected call volume:

**100–180 calls per day depending on conversation length**

Leads and call script will be provided.

## Compensation

• **$6–$8 per hour** depending on experience

• **Bonus for qualified meetings booked**
