Job Description

LaSalle Network is hiring a Contract Healthcare Recruiter for a respected nonprofit healthcare provider that’s making a real impact—and needs your help finding the right people to support their mission.

This is an immediate, 1 day a week onsite opportunity paying $35-$40/hour and is a great chance for you to roll up your sleeves and grow in full-cycle recruiting. You’ll be surrounded by a collaborative, fun-loving team who’s ready to mentor you while you help hire the clinical professionals that keep our communities healthy.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit for a variety of roles, from nurses to caregivers and more
• Source and screen candidates and move them quickly through the process
• Use ADP and Indeed to track and manage applicants
• Coordinate logistics: onboarding, start dates, health exams
• Serve as a resource for candidates throughout the hiring journey

Requirements:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience (healthcare recruiting a bonus!)
• Positive attitude and hunger to learn
• Organized, reliable, and ready to juggle competing priorities
• Comfortable with tech and eager to dive into new tools
• Enthusiastic about making a difference in people’s lives.

Key Details

• Compensation: $35- $40 per hour
• Location: Chicago
• Work Model Per Week: 1-day mandatory onsite, remaining days are remote
