You’ll ensure our kitchen and dining areas stay stocked with clean plates, glassware, and utensils—so our chefs can focus on cooking and our servers can focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience. Fast, efficient, and dependable, you’ll help maintain the heartbeat of our restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment according to health and safety standards.
• Keep dishwashing area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Assist with trash removal, sweeping, and mopping as needed.
• Maintain adequate stock of clean plates, utensils, and cookware for service.
• Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Assist kitchen team with basic prep tasks when needed.
• Support setup and breakdown of kitchen equipment for service and events.

Skills

• Previous dishwasher or kitchen experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices.
