Job Description



The Events Assistant will support the planning, coordination, and execution of company events and client projects. This role involves assisting the events team with logistical preparation, vendor coordination, and on-site event operations to ensure each event runs smoothly and meets our quality standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and interested in developing a career in event coordination and management.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and preparation of corporate and promotional events

  • Coordinate event logistics including schedules, materials, and venue preparation

  • Support communication with vendors, venues, and internal teams

  • Help maintain event timelines and ensure tasks are completed on schedule

  • Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown when required

  • Track event materials, supplies, and documentation

  • Provide administrative support related to event planning activities

  • Ensure a professional and organized experience for clients and attendees
