We offer an exciting career opportunity for an individual with the following details:

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Manage, create and design floral arrangements for various occasions and events

  • Plan and budget flowers for high volume holidays including ordering, scheduling and delivering.

  • Monitored special orders of floral displays, bouquet, wreaths, gifts, etc.

  • Order and maintain inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and floral supplies

  • Check and approve floral decorations, ensure products are aesthetically pleasing

  • Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success with creative display

  • Manage and oversee a team of florists, providing guidance and training as needed

  • Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers, select the best quality flowers and materials

  • Ensure floral display in event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur

  • Ensure proper care and handling of flowers to maintain freshness and quality

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

  • Only for Indonesian Citizen

  • Minimum 2 years of experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role in a luxury resort, or floristry. High-end floral shop is preferred

  • Proven working experience with a portfolio

  • Extensive knowledge of floral design, different flower types and arrangements

  • Excellent artistic and creative skills

  • Experience in a luxury resort or high-end floral shop is preferred

  • Stay up-to-date with floral design trends and techniques

  • Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken

  • Diploma degree
