Job Title: Front Desk Associate / Night Auditor – Hotels (Motel / Marriott / Hilton) Locations: Thornton, Pueblo, Lakewood, Boulder, Westminster (CO) | Las Vegas (NV) | Turlock, Walnut, Santa Clara, Petaluma, Tracy (CA) Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Pay Rate: $17 – $18 per hour Job Summary:We are hiring Front Desk Associates and Night Auditors for motel and branded hotel properties, including Marriott and Hilton. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing front desk operations, ensuring excellent guest service, and handling daily or overnight hotel tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Front Desk Associate: Greet and check-in/check-out guests in a professional manner Handle reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries Process payments and maintain accurate records Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams Night Auditor: Perform all front desk duties during overnight shifts Reconcile daily transactions, reports, and accounts Prepare and balance end-of-day financial reports Ensure security and safety of the property during night hours Handle late check-ins and guest requests Requirements: Prior hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred Experience with hotel PMS systems (Marriott/Hilton experience is a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer and accounting skills (for Night Auditor role) Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented What We Offer: Competitive pay: $17 – $18 per hour Flexible scheduling (Full-Time & Part-Time) Opportunity to work with recognized hotel brands Career growth opportunities in hospitality How to Apply:Interested candidates can apply through Sulekha or share their resumes directly at recruiting
