As a German Language Expert, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI systems by providing high-quality, real-world input that enhances how models learn, reason, and perform. Your expertise in the German language will directly contribute to the development of next-generation AI technologies, making your work essential in the training and evaluation processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Record clear, high-quality German audio samples to support AI model development.
• Annotate speech data, ensuring precise linguistic and phonetic accuracy.
• Contribute to the design and execution of speech data collection workflows.
• Evaluate and provide feedback on AI-generated outputs to enhance language understanding and pronunciation.
• Collaborate with the customer''s team to maintain consistency and excellence across all tasks.
• Apply your knowledge of German phonetics and pronunciation throughout the workflow.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to deliver insights and documentation.

• Native fluency in German with deep familiarity with regional accents and nuances.
• Proficiency in annotation and speech data collection processes.
• Understanding of phonetics, pronunciation, and linguistic principles.
• Previous experience in audio recording, such as voice acting, audio engineering, podcasting, or communications, is highly valued.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential for remote collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote environment.

• Prior experience working with AI projects or training data annotation tools.
• Background in linguistics, audio engineering, or related fields.
