Health Coach

Our concierge medical practice is dedicated to providing a premium , personalized experience for our patients. We take a prevention and longevity-cenric approach, combining medical insight with lifestyle-focused wellness to deliver truly individualized care.

We’re seeking a Health Coach who brings both expertise and presence—someone who can build trust, inspire change, and support our patients in living healthier, more balanced lives.

Key Responsibilities

Client Coaching & Care

• Provide one-on-one coaching sessions (in-person and virtual)
• Support patients in implementing their physician-directed annual wellness plan
• Run our metabolic reset program
• Support patients with LiveO2 contrast exercise with oxygen therapy
• Support our ReCODE program ( RE verse CO gnitive DE cline)

Preventive & Lifestyle-focused Approach

• Help patients identify and address root causes , not just symptoms
• Educate patients to inspire long-term success
• Align coaching strategies with a prevention and longevity-centered model

Patient Experience & Retention

• Deliver a first-class, high-touch patient experience at every interaction
• Build strong, long-term relationships - our patients are like family!
• Foster connections that elicit confidence, referrals and growth
• Collaborate with our team on ways to optimize and enrich the patient experience

Compensation

· Base salary: $45,000 – $55,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

· Additional success driven, lucrative compensation may include:

o Commission

o Profit sharing

· Full-time position (40 hours/week) with flexibility for some remote work

· Compensation review at 90 days, 6 months, and annually to ensure growth and alignment
