Job Description

We are looking for an ideal candidate to join our rapidly growing team! You should be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential. You should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, you should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, screen, and interview candidates to make sure they fill clients’ requirements
• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
• Conduct interviews via phone, virtual, or in-person
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
• Keep candidates informed throughout the interview process and beyond
• Serve as main contact person for questions from candidates
• Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
• Compete necessary pre-employment processes including reference checks and background/drug tests
• Determine and negotiate wages, benefits, terms and conditions of employment with potential candidates
• Work with Account Managers to identify top organizations, target skill sets, key market segments, and assess Client staffing requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Effective communication skills
• Interested in recruiting or sales
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
• High-energy and passion
