Seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse to join our Hospice team in the Topeka, KS and surrounding areas.
As a Phoenix Home Health LPN or RN, you will be the responsible for making skilled nursing visits by managing the healthcare needs of our clients in the comfort of their own home. The nurse should possess strong skills in physical assessment, diagnostic interpretation, and communication to complete the individualized plan of care according to physician orders that incorporates the analysis of initial assessment. Working alongside other nurses, Physical Therapist, Speech Therapist and or Occupational Therapist.
Sign On Bonus: $5,000
Shift Availability: Fridays from 5pm to Mondays at 8am
