M-F, 8hr days in office, with an option to work remotely 1 day/week 3535 Colonnade Parkway, Birmingham, AL 35243 The IT Project Manager will ensure IT practices remain aligned with business objectives while leading the successful delivery of technology initiatives across cross-functional teams. The role focuses on managing project lifecycles, coordinating technical and product teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, tracking project progress, and mitigating risks and dependencies. Required Experience & Qualifications 5-10 years of IT Project Management experience
Bachelor’s Degree required
Strong analytical and project management skills
Proven ability to prioritize, track, and deliver results
Experience managing cross-functional technology project
Core Responsibilities Lead cross-functional delivery of technology initiatives
Facilitate project scope, goals, milestones, deliverables, and resource planning
Manage project lifecycle from concept through implementation
Lead sprint planning and stand-up meetings
Collaborate with technical and product teams to define and prioritize workstreams
Create visibility into project status and stakeholder progress updates
Identify cross-team dependencies and risks
