Job Description

All About Therapy is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team serving families throughout the Raleigh-Durham area. This is an in-person, community-based role. This position is ideal for pediatric SLPs who value flexibility, autonomy, and delivering meaningful communication support within children’s everyday routines.

Why Join Our Team

  • Flexible scheduling options
  • Autonomy in managing your day and treatment approach
  • Administrative support for scheduling and coordination
  • Therapist-led practice with experienced clinical leadership
  • Collaborative team of OTs and SLPs
  • Licensure renewal support
  • Ongoing mentorship and professional development

Founded in 2010, All About Therapy is a therapist-owned pediatric practice serving children from birth through age 17. For over 16 years, we’ve built strong relationships within the community and long-term team retention. Our natural environment clinicians operate with independence while remaining connected to a supportive, collaborative team.

Your Work in Natural Environments

In this role, you will provide speech and language services where children live, learn, and play.

You will:

  • Conduct comprehensive pediatric speech and language evaluations
  • Develop individualized treatment plans targeting communication, language, social skills, and feeding when applicable
  • Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions, with group sessions as clinically appropriate
  • Utilize play-based, functional, and engaging interventions
  • Monitor progress and adjust strategies thoughtfully
  • Maintain timely and compliant documentation
  • Communicate consistently with caregivers and care teams
  • Coordinate scheduling and continuity of care with the AAT administrative team

You will have flexibility in structuring your caseload while maintaining professional accountability and strong communication with families and leadership.

Who Thrives in This Role

  • Organized, self-directed clinicians comfortable working independently
  • Therapists who build strong relationships with families
  • Professionals who value flexibility and ownership of their caseload
  • SLPs who enjoy functional, real-world intervention over clinic-only structure

Requirements

Required

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Active North Carolina SLP license
  • Ability to provide services effectively in natural environments

Preferred

  • One year of pediatric experience
  • Experience in early intervention or home-based pediatric settings
  • Experience with autism spectrum disorder and developmental delays
  • Familiarity with CDSA service delivery and documentation
  • Comfort with electronic documentation and mobile scheduling systems

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation aligned with caseload and schedule
  • Flexible scheduling options
  • Autonomy in managing your day and treatment approach
  • Administrative support for scheduling and coordination
  • Therapist-led practice with experienced clinical leadership
  • Collaborative team of OTs and SLPs
  • Licensure renewal support
  • Ongoing mentorship and professional development

If you are looking for flexible, meaningful pediatric work with autonomy and strong clinical support, we would welcome the opportunity to connect.
