We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Hanger Ink, a leading print shop in Edmond, OK. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and overseeing the sales team.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
2. Identify new business opportunities and markets for our print products and services.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
4. Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
5. Provide training, coaching, and support to sales staff to enhance their performance.
6. Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize sales strategies.
7. Collaborate with other departments such as production and marketing to ensure seamless customer experience.
8. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
**Qualifications:**
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the printing industry.
3. Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to inspire and coach a sales team.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
5. Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive business growth.
6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
8. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
