Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Title Examiner with strong residential expertise and the ability to support residential and commercial files as needed. The ideal candidate has deep, state-specific knowledge of Kentucky title processes, people who demonstrate the ability to learn new processes efficiently, retain information, and maintain accurate documentation, thrives in a high production environment, review deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, tax records, plats, and other public documents, navigate county websites and courthouse resources efficiently, prepare accurate title search reports and communicate findings clearly, collaborate with internal teams to support commitment preparation and file clearance and is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, fluid workflow.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of Kentucky residential title search experience
Examination experience: Specifically: Reviewing & Analyzing title defects, Assessing title insurance risk, Clearly documenting and communicating curative requirements
Ability to review deeds, liens, mortgages, tax records, plats, and related document
Proficiency navigating county websites and online public records
thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced production environment and is comfortable shifting priorities as volumes change.
Tech savvy and comfortable with digital search platforms
Reliable, strong work ethic, able to adapt to changing priorities - Commercial experience in Kentucky
Builder search experience in Kentucky
Multi state search experience (TN, WV, KY)
Experience working with major underwriters (WFG, Stewart, First American, TRG, Lighthouse, Old Republic)
Titlewave Software experience
