Job Title: Systems Engineer SaaS (Salesforce) Remote (US & Canada) Role Summary Designs, modernizes, and migrates enterprise CRM platforms with strong expertise in Salesforce development and architecture. Leads and supports CRM replacement initiatives, particularly Microsoft Dynamics to Salesforce migrations, including data mapping, workflow migration, and system integration. Responsible for building and stabilizing Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative tools, while aligning with enterprise architecture and governance standards. Works closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with backend ERP systems such as SAP using MuleSoft, APIs, and modern integration patterns. Supports data-driven initiatives using Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, and AI-enabled automation, ensuring scalable, secure, and reliable solutions in complex enterprise environments. Contributes to large-scale CRM modernization programs, balancing speed, auditability, and long-term platform maintainability.
