We are currently seeking a SAP Basis Consultant to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

NTT DATA, Inc. currently seeks a “SAP Basis Consultant” to join our team in “Bangalore”.  

Consultant needs to work in Multiple shifts 6AM to 2PM or 2PM to 10PM or 10PM to 6AM shift need to swap based on the project requirement and needs to have a good communication skills. 

ChaRM(SAP BASIS) -

Candidate should have hands-on experience in ChaRM implementation and support within SAP Solution Manager.

Must be proficient in end-to-end change management processes (creation, approval, testing, and deployment of changes).

Ability to troubleshoot ChaRM-related issues , manage retrofit scenarios, and ensure audit/compliance readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administration, configuration, and management of SAP systems and HANA database.
• System monitoring, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and optimization across multiple SAP modules.
• SAP installations, upgrades, patching, transport management, and backup/recovery processes.
• Database management, primarily SAP HANA (knowledge of Sybase/MaxDB is an added advantage).
• Implementation and support of ChaRM (Change Request Management) within SAP Solution Manager.
• Managing end-to-end change management processes including creation, approval, testing, and deployment of changes.
• Troubleshooting ChaRM-related issues, managing retrofit scenarios, and ensuring audit/compliance readiness.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on SAP BASIS expertise.
• Experience with ChaRM implementation and support.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and professional attitude.
