  • Mentor and guide landscape architects and project team members in design excellence, process, and client service
  • Support business growth by identifying opportunities, contributing to proposals, and participating in client pursuits
  • Collaborate with sales and project leadership to define scope, fees, schedules, and delivery strategies
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships across public and private sector accounts
  • Advance standards for design quality, documentation, and delivery across projects
  • Contribute to Jacobs’ thought leadership through speaking, writing, and professional engagement
  • Participate in construction observation and review to confirm alignment with design intent and specifications

Here's what you'll need

  • Registered Landscape Architect
  • Proven experience leading design teams and delivering complex projects
  • Strong creative and technical proficiency in planning, design, and construction
  • Willingness to travel regionally and nationally on a limited basis

Ideally, You’ll Also Have

  • Experience with resilient, regenerative, and nature‑based planning and design strategies
  • Seller‑doer background with demonstrated success supporting business development and client growth
  • Familiarity with the Chicago and/or Milwaukee metropolitan s
  • Strong hand‑drawing and illustrative design capabilities
  • Experience working across geographies and lines of business within a large, multidisciplinary firm
