What you’ll be doing
- Full cycle recruitment – Guiding candidates through the entire hiring process from screening, scheduling, closing/offers/onboarding.
- Candidate sourcing.
- University Recruiting.
- Working closely with leadership and hiring teams to implement and execute hiring plans.
- Helping to develop and improve recruitment processes and strategies.
- Conducting competitive intelligence research.
- Managing third party agency engagements.
- Constantly learning.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 0-5 years of experience.
- Outstanding written and verbal skills.
- Technical and business acumen.
