Job Description

We are looking for a Class A CDL Driver who wants to do more than just stare at the white lines on the highway. We are a fast-growing, independent wholesaler, and we need a professional driver who takes pride in "owning" their route from warehouse to job site.

If you’re tired of the "Over-the-Road" grind and want a role that keeps you moving and gets you home for dinner every night, this is it.

The Perks
  • Home Daily: 100% local routes—no overnight stays.

  • Competitive Pay: Hourly wages with overtime opportunities.

  • Full Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision packages.

  • Stable Schedule: Consistent Monday–Friday hours with weekends off or limited.

What You’ll Do You are the backbone of our delivery operation. This is a hands-on role—you aren't just the driver; you’re the logistics pro our customers rely on.

  • Drive: Operate a Class A vehicle safely through local delivery routes.

  • Load & Secure: Manually load your trailer at the warehouse and ensure all cargo is strapped and safe for transport.

  • Active Delivery: Unload materials, equipment, and supplies at job sites. You will use a Moffett (truck-mounted forklift), pallet jacks, and hand trucks.

  • Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for our professional partners during drop-offs.

shift: First

  • Loading & Securement: Assist in loading the trailer at the warehouse. You must ensure all loads (including hazardous materials like pool chemicals) are properly balanced and secured using straps, chains, or binders.

  • Active Delivery: Manually unload materials at job sites or customer warehouses. This includes using a moffett/forklift, pallet jack, or hand-truck.

  • Heavy Lifting: Frequently lift and move items weighing up to 50–75 lbs (e.g., bags of salt, heaters, pumps, and buckets of chlorine).

  • Documentation: Maintain electronic logs (ELD) and ensure all Proof of Delivery (POD) paperwork is signed and organized.

  • Pre/Post-Trip Inspections: Conduct thorough daily vehicle inspections to ensure safety and report any maintenance needs immediately.
