Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above, in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 4-6 years of sales experience in FMCG, preferably in general trade.
• Self motivated, proactive and with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing distributors.
• Strong business acumen, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain good relationships with distributors to secure repeat business in general trade channels.
• Act as a point of contact for key customers, responding to inquiries and address issues promptly.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct regular store visits, expand product distribution and ensure proper in-store visibility.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies tailored to distributors.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including supply chain and finance to ensure seamless execution.
• Prepare regular sales reports and conduct performance analysis to senior management team.
