Overview
Registered Nurse, NICU – Lodi, California. This travel assignment starts 06/29/2026 for 13 weeks, with a weekly pay range of $1,863 to $1,987. Shift: 3x12-hour nights. The role provides coordinated nursing care in a neonatal intensive care unit managing neonates with lifethreatening conditions, with a Level III/IV designation per the American Academy of Pediatrics. This is a travel - temporary assignment in a high-acuity NICU setting.

Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group following established standards of care and the nursing process
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines
- Apply critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making in patient care
- Monitor and intervene for neonates experiencing lifethreatening conditions; document changes in status and care plans
- Communicate effectively with families and multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, evidence-based care

Requirements
- Active RN license (California) or eligibility to practice in the state
- Experience or demonstrated ability in neonatal or NICU care, with readiness for high-acuity environment
- Ability to work nights on a 3x12-hour schedule
- Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and supervisory communication skills
- Comfort coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced unit
